Cancellation policy:

Please note that to cancel your booking you must text or ring me on the number provided when the booking was made.

If you cancel your booking with less than 24 hours notice a charge will be incurred as follows:
less than 12 hours notice =full treatment fee charged.
12 to 24 hours notice = half of treatment fee charged.
